Net profit distribution (unless otherwise specified in a specific project overview):

Loss Liability: In case of financial loss, liability is borne proportionately as per Islamic commercial jurisprudence (Fiqh al-Mu‘amalat) and capital contribution.

• Tenure: Each project has a defined maximum tenure, disclosed prior to investment.
• Settlement: Payment timelines may include additional working days required for physical logistics and final settlement.
• Processing Cost: A processing fee of up to 0.3% of principal capital may be deducted only upon withdrawal. No fee is charged when reinvesting.

Withdrawals

• Investors may request full or partial withdrawal upon project completion with valid payment details.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 working days, subject to banking channels.

Reinvestment Policy (Auto-Rollover)

• Upon project completion, investors have 3 calendar days to submit reinvestment or withdrawal instructions.
• If no instruction is received by Day 3, funds will be automatically reinvested on Day 4 into a suitable active project.
• Auto-reinvestment is treated as implied consent under these terms.

Investors will receive official updates including:

• Project completion notice
• Profit calculation summary
• Access to downloadable detailed reports (non-essential data columns may be hidden for clarity)
